Polymarket's Oct. 20 markets priced a Democratic House win at 92% and a Senate win at 64% as the Nov. 3 election approaches with crypto legislation pending.
The prices were recorded at about 4:10 p.m. ET (20:10 UTC). The House price stood 28 percentage points above the Senate price. A separate market for control of Congress priced a Democratic sweep of both chambers at 64%.
The sweep price was 2 percentage points above an Oct. 10 market snapshot, which put it at 62%. That earlier snapshot priced a Democratic House and Republican Senate at 30%.
The CLARITY Act has stalled in the Senate. The legislation would define how the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission divide responsibility for digital asset oversight. The Nov. 3 election will determine which party controls each chamber.
