Kalshi’s congressional balance-of-power market priced a 71% implied probability of a Democratic sweep at 8:41 a.m. ET (13:41 UTC) Monday, Nov. 2, one day before the scheduled congressional elections.

The figure reflected market pricing at that time, not an election result. The congressional elections are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 3.
